That first comment is a perfect example of why people need to read, think, and verify before hitting “Post.” Being loud doesn’t make an argument intelligent, and throwing insults around doesn’t magically turn nonsense into facts.

If you want to criticize Sara Duterte, go ahead—but bring facts and logic. Otherwise, you’re not winning a debate; you’re just embarrassing yourself in public.

People can disagree politically, but at least make your argument intelligent enough to be taken seriously.

Think first. Comment second. 🤷‍♂️

THE PHILIPPINE ARMY MUST NOT BECOME A POLITICAL WEAPON ‼️

A serious question must be asked: Is the Philippine Army being dragged into political battles that have nothing to do with its constitutional duty?

If a security guard from Bulacan is publicly mocking Muslims in Mindanao and threatening them with war, the proper response should be lawful investigation and accountability—not political exploitation, retaliation, or selective enforcement.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines is supposed to protect ALL Filipinos, regardless of religion, region, or political affiliation. It must never be turned into an instrument for intimidating communities or settling political scores.

And if government officials are using state power outside the limits of the Constitution, Filipinos have every right to question it. Power is not a license to silence critics, target political opponents, or create fear among citizens.

The Philippine Army should stand with the Constitution—not with any political faction.

Protect the people. Defend the Constitution. Reject political weaponization of our institutions.

A DISTURBING PROPOSAL THAT DESERVES SCRUTINY ‼️

“LEGALIZE PROSTITUTION.” ‼️ WHAT !!!!!!

That is the proposal attributed to Mon Tulfo in the image circulating online.

Whether you support legalization or oppose it, this is NOT a trivial issue that should be reduced to a catchy headline. It involves exploitation, human trafficking, poverty, women and children, public health, and the responsibility of government to protect vulnerable Filipinos.

And here is the bigger question:

What kind of country are we building under today’s political leadership?

If powerful political voices are going to push controversial policies like this, Filipinos deserve a serious public debate—not political spin, personality politics, or blind loyalty.

No politician should be above scrutiny. Not Tulfo. Not Marcos. Nobody.

🇵🇭 Question everything. Demand transparency. Protect the vulnerable.

WHEN RIVALS HAVE TO JOIN FORCES, IT LOOKS LESS LIKE STRENGTH—AND MORE LIKE DESPERATION.

This photo tells a political story.

Bongbong Marcos Jr. and Leni Robredo have stood on opposite sides of Philippine politics. Yet when political interests shift, former rivals can suddenly find common ground.

That doesn't necessarily look powerful.

It looks opportunistic.

When politicians who once fought each other suddenly appear willing to work together because there is a bigger political obstacle in their way, Filipinos have every right to ask:

Is this really about principles—or simply about power?

Meanwhile, Sara Duterte doesn't need to stand beside political rivals just to prove that she remains a major force.

Two camps coming together to challenge one person doesn't make that person weak.

Sometimes, it shows just how threatened the others feel.

Political alliances built on convenience can collapse. Principles built on conviction are harder to defeat.

REPETITION DOESN’T TURN A LIE INTO THE TRUTH !!!

There is a name for one of the psychological mechanisms behind this: the Illusory Truth Effect.

Repeat a claim often enough, surround it with official-looking statements, and some people eventually start believing it—not because it has been proven, but simply because it has become familiar.

That is why we should NEVER accept a government statement—or anyone else's statement—just because it is repeated over and over.

ASK FOR THE EVIDENCE.
CHECK THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
VERIFY THE CLAIM.
COMPARE INDEPENDENT SOURCES.

If an allegation is false, prove it false.

If a government statement is true, show the evidence.

And if someone is deliberately misleading the public, they should be held accountable—regardless of political party or position.

The Filipino people deserve facts, not narratives engineered to manipulate public opinion.

Don't let repetition become your substitute for truth.

STATEMENT ON INACCURATE MEDIA REPORTS AND SECURITY THREATS
August 18, 2026

The news reports published by ABS-CBN, Abante and Bilyonaryo regarding my supposed trip to Japan are inaccurate. My plans have since changed, and the updated information on this matter was formally submitted to the Office of the President.

I once again remind media organizations and news outlets of the importance of verifying information before publication. The rush to generate public attention or sensationalize a story should never take precedence over the responsibility to report truthfully and accurately. Such practices are inconsistent with the principles of responsible journalism. A simple verification with the Office of the Vice President would have been the rule of thumb for professional media organizations.

Likewise, I wish to again remind the Office of the President that the continued publication or disclosure of my schedule is a matter of serious concern, particularly as it compromises my personal security and exposes me to heightened risks.
