The SK Full Public Disclosure Policy Board is a vital mechanism that promotes transparency, accountability, and good governance in the Sangguniang Kabataan. It ensures that SK funds, programs, projects, procurement activities, and official transactions are properly disclosed, regularly updated, and made accessible to the public, particularly to the youth sector.

This monitoring activity aims to guide and support SK officials in strengthening compliance with existing laws and issuances, reinforcing a culture of open governance, responsible leadership, and public trust at the barangay level.
