On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀, under the leadership of 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼, through the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗛𝗥𝗠𝗢), headed by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘇𝗹 𝗔. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗼, held “𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶: 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗼, 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻”, the culminating activity of the Province’s month-long celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, at the Batangas Province Events Center, Bolbok, Batangas City.

At the heart of the celebration was the recognition of the men, women, and offices whose service continues to strengthen the Provincial Government:

𝟐 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗲𝘀

The Loyalty Awardees were honored for the years they have devoted to government service, while the Individual and Office Awardees were recognized for their contributions and accomplishments in carrying out the work of public service.

More than the plaques and recognitions, the occasion celebrated something deeper—the commitment, perseverance, and sense of purpose that public servants bring to their work every day. Behind every year of service and every accomplishment is a continuing responsibility to serve the Batangueño people with integrity and excellence.

Fittingly, the culminating activity embodied the theme of the 𝟭𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆—“𝗕𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶, 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶: 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗼, 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻.” The CSC describes the theme as highlighting compassion, ethical service, and excellence among Filipino civil servants.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐬𝐨, 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲.

Those who spend their days working and serving others deserve moments when they, too, are cared for.

The 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀, under the leadership of 𝗚𝗼𝘃. 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼, through the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗛𝗥𝗠𝗢), headed by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘇𝗹 𝗔. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗼, provided a day of relaxation and self-care through the Pamper Treats for the Matatag na Government Workforce.
Adding a special touch to the activity was Reflexzone Wellness Spa - Batangas Branch, which generously provided the services of 𝟱 𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀, delivering a total of 𝟏𝟓𝟎 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 to government employees.

More than a beauty treatment, each service became a simple gesture of appreciation—a reminder to our hardworking employees that taking time to rest, recharge, and care for oneself also matters.

The Provincial Government of Batangas expresses its sincere gratitude to 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫𝗭𝗢𝗡𝗘 for generously sharing its time and expertise in making our Lingkod Bayani feel valued, cared for, and appreciated.

Who says government service has to be all work and no pampering?

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀, 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝘃. 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼, through the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗛𝗥𝗠𝗢), brought a well-deserved day of relaxation and self-care to the province’s hardworking government workforce through the 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗮 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲.

More than just a break from the daily grind, the activity provided employees with opportunities to relax, recharge, and enjoy simple wellness treats right at the workplace. After days of serving the public, our 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱-𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 also deserved a little time to take care of themselves.

The activity was made even more meaningful through the generous support of Man Barbers Pallocan Batangas City, with 𝟭𝟱 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, and Reflexzone Wellness Spa - Batangas Branch, with 𝟱 𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀, who shared their time and services for the benefit of the government workforce.

The 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 activity highlights the importance of recognizing the people behind public service. Because when employees feel valued, cared for, and appreciated, they are better able to bring renewed energy and enthusiasm to their work.

With 𝟲𝟱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 in attendance, the activity provided an avenue to strengthen entrepreneurial knowledge and encourage a mindset geared toward financial awareness, innovation, adaptability, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

The session featured 𝗠𝗮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗛. 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝗣𝗚𝗔𝗗𝗛, 𝗣𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗢, and 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗣. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇, 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗣. 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵, who shared valuable insights on entrepreneurship, business stability, and opportunities for building sustainable sources of income.

Through 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻, the Provincial Government of Batangas continues to empower its people with knowledge and opportunities that can help build 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀.

Vilma Santos Recto, through the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗛𝗥𝗠𝗢), conducted the 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶: 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺, 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. Bringing together 𝟮𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, the seminar served as a meaningful avenue for strengthening the knowledge, values, and competencies needed to deliver responsive, professional, and citizen-centered public service.

The activity featured 𝗗𝗿. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗠. 𝗗𝗶𝗷𝗮𝗻, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗜𝗜𝗜, 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗩, who shared valuable insights on the importance of excellence, professionalism, accountability, and commitment in public service.

‎On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀, under the leadership of 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼, through the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗛𝗥𝗠𝗢), headed by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘇𝗹 𝗔. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗼, in collaboration with 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗚-𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢), and the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗼. 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀, joined the Simultaneous International Coastal Cleanup Activity.

‎The activity brought public servants and community partners together in a shared effort to protect waterways and natural resources while promoting environmental responsibility, volunteerism, and collective action. More than simply collecting waste, every effort reflected a commitment to leave behind a cleaner and healthier environment for the generations that will follow.

‎Making the activity even more meaningful was the participation of officials from the 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗩 (𝗖𝗦𝗖 𝗥𝗢 𝗜𝗩), led by 𝗗𝗶𝗿. 𝗜𝗩 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗣. 𝗟𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝘆 and 𝗗𝗶𝗿. 𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝗩𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗿 𝗘. 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮, together with Dir. Rowena M. Cunanan – Batangas, Dir. Jeffrey Cruz – Cavite, Dir. II Ma. Theresa R. Poblador – Oriental Mindoro, Dir. Rafael A. Prado – Romblon, Dir. Lily Beth L. Majomot – Quezon, Dir. Nancy B. Asilo – Rizal, and Dir. Helen Faral – Occidental Mindoro.

‎Their presence underscored a simple but important message: caring for the environment is a shared responsibility that goes beyond offices, positions, and jurisdictions. When public servants work alongside one another for a common cause, even simple actions can create a wider and more lasting impact.

‎In celebration of the 𝟭𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 and its theme, “𝗕𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶, 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶: 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗼, 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻,” the activity showed that being a Lingkod Bayani also means taking responsibility for the environment and helping safeguard what future generations will inherit.
