A meaningful step toward building sustainable livelihood opportunities for our Job Order personnel!

On 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Provincial Government of Batangas (PGB), under the leadership of 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨, through the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO), headed by Ms. Liezl A. Rosuelo, in collaboration with the Office of the Provincial Veterinarian, headed by Dr. Rodrigo Bautista, conducted the 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠, with the participation of 𝟓𝟎 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥.

The initiative aims to equip our personnel with practical knowledge and skills in free-range chicken raising while creating opportunities for additional income and a more sustainable source of livelihood.

As part of the livelihood support, each participant received three (3) live chickens, together with vitamins, as starter resources for their poultry-raising activities. 🐔🐔🐔

More than a seminar, this initiative reflects the Provincial Government’s commitment to empowering its workforce and strengthening their capacity to build sustainable sources of livelihood. Through meaningful learning opportunities and concrete livelihood support, our Job Order personnel are given the tools to turn knowledge into opportunity and opportunity into a more stable future.

The Provincial Government of Batangas, under the leadership of 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨, through the initiative of the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO), successfully conducted “𝑫𝒖𝒈𝒕𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒖𝒉𝒂𝒚: 𝑯𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒈 𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒈 𝒏𝒂 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒐𝒅 𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏” on 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

Held in line with the 126th Civil Service Month Celebration, the bloodletting activity brought together government employees and private individuals who generously came forward to share the gift of life, demonstrating compassion, volunteerism, bayanihan, and commitment to public service.

A total of 𝟒𝟑𝟐individuals registered, with 𝟐𝟐𝟒 successfully donating blood—a powerful testament to the generosity and solidarity of our Matatag na Lingkod Bayan and the Batangueño community.

Nasubok ang kaalaman at bilis ng pag-iisip ng halos 50 kawani mula sa iba’t ibang tanggapan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas sa isinagawang “Matatag na Kaisipan: A Quiz Bee Challenge” ngayong araw, ika-3 ng Setyembre 2026, bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng 126th Civil Service Anniversary.

Nagtagisan ang mga kalahok sa iba’t ibang katanungan na nakatuon sa Civil Service rules, laws, and regulations, gayundin sa mga usapin hinggil sa Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees, at iba pang kaalaman pagdating sa Public Service, Ethics, at General Information. Layunin ng paligsahan na masukat at mapaunlad ang kaalaman ng mga kawani patungkol sa mga patakaran at prinsipyong gumagabay sa serbisyo publiko, habang itinataguyod ang patuloy na pagkatuto at pagpapaunlad ng kanilang kakayahan bilang mga lingkod bayan.

Itinanghal na 1st placer o Civil Service Mastermind Quiz Bee Winner si Nancy Bejer ng Provincial Health Office, 2nd Placer si Charlaine Marie Castillo ng Office of the Provincial Budget Officer, at 3rd Placer si Glaiza Mae Bagsit ng Office of the Provincial Accountant.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas, sa pangunguna ng Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO), ang makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng 126th Civil Service Anniversary sa pamamagitan ng pagdaraos ng Bloodletting Activity ngayong araw, ika-2 ng Setyembre 2026, sa Provincial DREAM Zone, Capitol Compound, Batangas City.

Tinatayang nasa 224 blood donors ang boluntaryong nagbigay ng dugo, na mula sa mga kawani ng iba’t ibang tanggapan ng Kapitolyo at iba pang ahensya ng pamahalaan.

Ang naturang aktibidad ay kaakibat ng layunin ni Governor Vilma Santos-Recto na patuloy na maisulong ang adbokasiya ng boluntaryong pagbibigay ng dugo at makatulong sa pagpapanatili ng sapat na suplay ng dugo sa lalawigan para sa mga higit na nangangailangan at sa iba pang pangangailangang medikal.

Kabilang sa mga samahan at tanggappan na tumulong upang makapagbigay ng sapat na pangangalaga sa mga blood donors ang Samahan ng mga Kawani ng Pamhalaang Panlalawigan (SANGKAP) Batangas, Provincial Health Office, sa pamamagitan ng Provincial Blood Council, Philippine Red Cross - Batangas Chapter, at Batangas Medical Center (BatMC).
