The Department of Trade and Industry - Batangas Consumer Protection Division is conducting a survey to gather information from businesses and consumers regarding the fire extinguishers they are currently using.

This initiative aims to help us determine whether the fire extinguishers in the market- and those being used by establishments - carry the required Philippine Standard (PS) License. Ensuring that your fire extinguisher is certified, compliant, and safe is a crucial step in protecting lives and property.

Why this matters:
✔ PS-certified fire extinguishers meet safety and performance standards
✔ Certified products help ensure proper function during emergencies
✔ Consumers and MSMEs deserve protection from substandard and unsafe products

As part of our advocacy this Fire Prevention Month, we encourage everyone to participate in this short survey. Your responses will help DTI strengthen market monitoring and consumer protection efforts.

In line with Memorandum Circular No. 114, the Government Energy Management Program (GEMP), and the Inter-Agency Energy Efficiency and Conservation Committee (IAEECC) Resolutions, DTI Batangas Provincial Office will implement a temporary special work arrangement effective 09 March 2026.

Bongbong Marcos at Executive Order Blg. 7, s. 2026 ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas, pinapaalam sa publiko ang tungkol sa bagong opisyal na oras ng opisina ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Cuenca:

⛔ Biyernes: Walang Pasok

Tandaan: Ang bagong iskedyul ay hindi sakop ang mga kawani ng LDRRMO, TMG, OMHO, OMSWDO, at MENRO – Solid Waste Collectors, na magpapatuloy sa kanilang regular na tungkulin.
