Patuloy ang Pamahalang Panlalawigan ng Batangas, sa pangunguna ni Governor DoDo Mandanas, kasama ang lahat ng miyembro ng Provincial Local Health Board, sa pagpapatupad at pagsusulong ng iba't ibang programa na nakatuon sa kapakanang pangkalusugan ng mga Batangueño.

Sang-ayon sa layunin ng Universal Health Care Law, binibigyang halaga ng lalawigan, higit lalo ngayong panahon ng pandemya, ang pagpapataas ng antas at pagpapalawig sa mga benepisyong pangkalusugan.

Kaugnay nito, sa pagtutulungan ng pamahalaang panlalawigan at AnaKalusugan party-list, nagsimula na sa probinsya ang Batangas Kalusugan Project. Dito ay mabibigyan ng Kalusugan Health Card ang mga benipisyaryo na maaaring makapagpagamot ng libre sa mga government hospitals at iba pang accredited medical at health facilities.
