Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114 and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-023, Mayor Randolf Awisan has issued Executive Order No. 24, s. 2026, maintaining the four-day workweek for all LGU Bauko offices.

Under this order, office operations will remain from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in line with energy conservation measures.

This directive excludes offices providing essential and vital services—the MDRRMO, MHO, MSWDO, and GSO—which will remain to operate as necessary.

Public Advisory

Please be informed that work in all offices of the Local Government Unit of Bauko on April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) shall be conducted on a half-day schedule from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This measure is intended to provide personnel with adequate time to travel and make necessary preparations for the observance of Holy Week.

Emergency and frontline service offices shall continue to operate and remain accessible to the public for the duration of the Holy Week.

Further, the temporary suspension of the Four-Day Work Week scheme is hereby extended from April 6 to April 10, 2026. During this period, all personnel are required to report to their respective offices and shall observe the regular working schedule.

In view of upcoming institutional and cultural observances, please be informed that the Four-Day Onsite Workweek Arrangement will be temporarily suspended on the following dates

✅ March 30 - April 3, 2026 - In observance of the Holy Week activities

✅ April 6 - 10, 2026 - In celebration of the 59th Founding Anniversary and 19th Lang-ay Festival

During these periods, all employees are expected to report to their respective offices following the regular work schedule of eight o'clock in the morning (8AM) to five o'clock in the afternoon (5PM) to comply with the intent of MC No. 114, s. 2026 and dated March 6, 2026, of the Office of the President and to ensure full participation and support in the planned activities

The Four-Day Onsite Workweek Arrangement will resume immediately after the conclusion of these events. Your cooperation and understanding are highly appreciated as we collectively honor these significant occasions at the same time observe energy conservation.

Pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, Mayor Randolf Awisan issued Executive Order No. 22, s. 2026, mandating the adoption of a four-day workweek for all offices of the LGU Bauko starting today, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞. Offices shall operate from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in strict compliance with energy conservation protocols.

Frontline service offices, namely the MDRRMO, RHU, GSO, LCR, and MSWDO, are exempted from this arrangement and shall continue their regular operations.

We encourage everyone to plan their visits accordingly.
