Jeffrey means “peaceful pledge” or “God’s peace”—a meaning that beautifully reflects the person he has become: dependable, committed, and someone who brings stability to the people and responsibilities entrusted to him.
As one of the dedicated members of the DRRM team, Jeffrey continues to play an important role in keeping the team prepared and ready. He makes sure that evacuation center is always prepared.
He may be firm and disciplined, but those qualities come with genuine concern for the team. Behind his serious and sometimes strict demeanor is someone who knows how to support, listen, and be there when his colleagues need him.
