Today we commemorate the death anniversary of the late Don Westrimundo R. Tabayoyong, the “Father of the Town of Laoac, Pangasinan”.

In recognition to his exceptional accomplishment and invaluable contributions to the Municipality of Laoac, the Sangguniang Bayan enacted an Ordinance Declaring September 6 of Every Year as “Laoac Founder’s Day”
