COMMUNITY RELATIONS SECTION QUARTERLY AUDIT

LOOK||: The Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal, under the active leadership of FSUPT ARISTOTLE V ATAL, successfully conducted its Quarterly Audit to assess the implementation of mandatory programs and activities for the 3rd Quarter of CY 2026.

The audit focused on measuring the actual accomplishments of the concerned units against their established targets, ensuring compliance with prescribed programs and activities. The assessment was conducted using the approved checklist and score sheet as bases for evaluation, documentation, and validation of accomplishments.

Through the audit, areas of compliance and those requiring further improvement were identified, providing the concerned offices and personnel with a clear basis for strengthening program implementation and achieving the set targets.

NVBFP Conducts Morale Recovery Program for Municipal Fire Marshals, Acting Municipal Fire Marshals, and Officers-in-Charge

IN PHOTOS||: The Nueva Vizcaya Bureau of Fire Protection conducted a Morale Recovery Program for its MFMs, AMFMs, and OICs providing a meaningful venue for reflection, open communication, and strengthening camaraderie among its field commanders.

The activity was facilitated by FSUPT ARISTOTLE V ATAL, Provincial Fire Marshal, who served as the speaker and shared insights, encouragement, and guidance aimed at uplifting the morale and well-being of the participating Municipal Fire Marshals. The program emphasized the importance of strong leadership, teamwork, resilience, and maintaining a positive work environment in the delivery of effective fire protection and public service.

Following the morale recovery session, the participants proceeded with a meeting on the upcoming activities of NVBFP, discussing plans, preparations, and key operational matters to ensure the successful implementation of the Bureau’s forthcoming programs and engagements.

LGU BAYOMBONG 3RD QUARTER EARTHQUAKE DRILL

IN PHOTOS||: The Local Government Unit of Bayombong successfully conducted an earthquake drill on 30 September 2026 aimed at enhancing the community's preparedness and response to seismic events. The drill was carefully monitored and evaluated by a team of experts to ensure its effectiveness in simulating real-life scenarios.

Bureau of Fire Protection personnel, under the leadership of FSUPT ARISTOTLE V ATAL, from the Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal, along with BFP representatives from Bayombong Fire Station and evaluators from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), played a crucial role in this exercise. Their presence and expertise were instrumental in assessing the readiness of the participants and identifying areas for improvement.

The earthquake drill was a comprehensive simulation involving various stakeholders, including LGU officials, local emergency responders, and community members. The evaluators observed the ex*****on of evacuation procedures, the efficiency of communication channels, and the overall coordination among the participants.
