The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region II announces that Project CLICK (Courses for Literacy in Internet and Computer Knowledge) will officially close by the end of 2026.

The closure follows a review of the program to ensure that DICT’s programs remain relevant, sustainable, and aligned with the needs of the communities we serve. Project CLICK activities will gradually wind down to allow for an orderly transition, with full cessation targeted by year-end.

DICT Region II sincerely thanks all partner organizations, local government units, trainers, learners, and communities who supported and participated in Project CLICK throughout the years.
While Project CLICK is coming to an end, DICT remains committed to promoting digital literacy and providing opportunities for communities to develop essential digital skills through its other programs and initiatives.

After 38 years of dedicated government service, Ms. Mina Flor T. Villafuerte, Chief of the Administrative and Finance Division of DICT Region 2, begins a well-deserved new chapter in her life.
For nearly four decades, Ma’am Mina has given her time, knowledge, and dedication to public service. Through the years, she has been a reliable leader, a supportive colleague, and an important part of the DICT Region 2 family.

But beyond the work she accomplished and the responsibilities she carried, Ma’am Mina’s greatest legacy is the impact she has made on the people around her. Her kindness, generosity, and willingness to lend a helping hand have touched many lives. The warmth she shared, the guidance she gave, and the simple moments of care and understanding will remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of working alongside her.

As she steps into retirement, we celebrate a remarkable career and the meaningful difference she has made.
