Board Member Pablo Kindot attended at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall in the Municipality of Quezon to engage in a series of Committee discussions regarding significant local ordinances related to environmental protection, conservation, and the delivery of public service.
The meeting addressed the following committee topics:
Committee on Environmental Protection and Natural Resources and Climate Change;
🧷Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-03 - An Ordinance Establishing the Quezon Greenbelt as a Permanent Forest Park in the Municipality of Quezon, providing for its management, maintenance, conservation, penalties, and appropriation of funds.
🧷Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-02 - An Ordinance Declaring the Tangguyob Green Park within the Municipality of Quezon, providing for its management, maintenance, conservation, and prescribing penalties for violations.
Joint Committee Meeting Committee on Ways and Means and Committee on Municipal Affairs;
📌Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-04 - An Ordinance Providing for Streamlined Procedures for the Issuance of Local Business Licenses, Clearances, Permits, and Local Certifications in the Municipality of Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, pursuant to Rule IX of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
