March 31, 2026. This day, it is with great pride and joy that Kapangan NHS successfully celebrates the triumph and success of learners at the 11th Moving Up Ceremony and 27th Graduation Ceremony with the theme "Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character."
This year, we proudly present 46 graduates, composed of 17 males and 29 females. Of these, 9 graduates come from the TVL-Carpentry strand, all of whom are male, and 37 graduates from the HUMSS strand, with 8 males and 29 females. Alongside our graduates, we also recognize 50 Completers, 21 males and 29 females, who have successfully fulfilled their academic requirements.
The guest speaker, Maβam Marie Glo R. Dawagui, shared her message to the learners and parents. She highlighted that CHARACTER AND COMPETENCE is a couple that a leader must possess to serve with integrity. She also reminded learners that sometimes goals may take some time to achieve and they need to take baby steps to be sure of their progress and that this achievement is just a step towards their goals. She did not just focus her message on the learners but also provided inspiration to the parents, emphasizing that they need to fully support their children in simple ways. She also highlighted that yes, children are different today, but so are the parents. That is why they need to understand and love them instead of pressuring them.
With this celebration, honor each and every learner who has demonstrated not just academic excellence but also their resilience. This shows their academic strength of character that will hopefully carry them forward as they take on the challenges of tomorrow.
