COA–CAR Celebrates Its September 2025 Bar Examination Passers

The Commission on Audit – Cordillera Administrative Region (COA–CAR) proudly recognizes a significant achievement as five of its personnel successfully passed the September 2025 Bar Examinations. Their success is a reflection of perseverance, dedication, and a strong commitment to excellence in public service.

COA–CAR warmly congratulates the following bar passers, who will take their Oath Taking and sign the Roll of Attorneys on February 6, 2026, viz:

• Atty. Bruno A. Galwat
• Atty. Maricel T. Galwat

The Commission on Audit (COA)- Cordillera Administrative Region officially inaugurated the new working year with its First Flag Raising Ceremony. The event was marked by a unified commitment to institutional excellence and service.

Regional Director Renato O. Rosales opened the year by extending warm New Year greetings to all personnel. In his message, RD Rosales underscored the enduring importance of the COA Core Values, emphasizing their critical role in guiding the agency’s mission and ensuring accountability throughout the upcoming year.

The ceremony also served as a crucial platform for organizational growth and recognition. Teresita T. Martin, Division Chief of the ATFD took the opportunity to formally introduce the newest recruits to the team, welcoming them into the COA family and outlining the agency's dedication to professional development.

Commission on Audit – Cordillera Administrative Region Joins the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women

The Commission on Audit, Cordillera Administrative Region (COA-CAR), proudly joins the nationwide observance of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, taking place from November 25 to December 12, 2025. This annual campaign is a collective call to action to raise awareness and prevent all forms of violence against women and children in the Philippines.

Under the theme “UNITEd for a VAW-Free Philippines”, the campaign encourages everyone to Stop Violence, Look Beyond Silence, and Listen with Compassion, reinforcing the crucial role of each individual in creating a safe and supportive community.

COA-CAR supports this initiative in partnership with the Philippine Commission on Women, and aligns with the national drive to uphold women's rights, promote gender equality, and ensure a society free from gender-based violence.
