Naval, Biliran – May 25, 2026 – The 𝙉𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 , led by 𝐅𝐎3 𝐍𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐉𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐄 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐜𝐨, Chief of the Community Relations Section (CRS), successfully conducted a 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙇𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 at the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐆) 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 during its 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 held at the Second Floor Training Center. The activity, entitled “𝐍𝐞𝐨 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐬 +++ 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐒𝐆𝐋𝐆)”, was conducted in conjunction with the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐒𝐮𝐛-𝐋𝐆𝐑𝐂, 𝐐𝐌𝐒, 𝐆𝐀𝐃𝐅𝐏𝐒 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲.

The activity aimed to strengthen the preparedness, awareness, and responsiveness of all personnel in handling fire and other emergency situations within the workplace. Participants were oriented on basic fire prevention measures, the proper use of fire extinguishers, emergency evacuation procedures, and the importance of maintaining calm and coordinated actions during emergencies and disasters. The conduct of the fire drill also provided personnel with practical experience in emergency response, promoting safety consciousness and disaster preparedness in the office.

This initiative highlights the continued commitment of the Naval Fire Station and the DILG Biliran Provincial Office to fostering a culture of safety, readiness, and resilience within the community and government institutions.

Naval, Biliran – May 15, 2026 – The 𝙉𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 headed by Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, 𝐒𝐅𝐎4 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐌 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐫. conducted a coordination meeting with the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃) regarding a collaborative initiative aimed at providing 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙇𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨 to the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (4𝐏𝐬) beneficiaries within the community. The partnership seeks to strengthen public awareness and preparedness on fire prevention, basic fire safety practices, and emergency response measures to help protect lives and properties from fire-related incidents.

Through this collaboration, both agencies reaffirm their commitment to empowering families through education, promoting community safety, and ensuring that every household becomes more informed and prepared during emergencies. The initiative also highlights the importance of inter-agency cooperation in delivering effective public service and building a safer and more resilient community.

Naval, Biliran – May 25, 2026 – The 𝙉𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 headed by Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, 𝐒𝐅𝐎4 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐌 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐫. conducted a productive meeting on the implementation of the 911 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 and its corresponding 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐬 was successfully conducted, bringing together concerned personnel and partner agencies to discuss strategies for improving emergency response services within the community.

The meeting focused on strengthening coordination procedures, proper handling of emergency calls, effective communication flow, and immediate deployment of responders during fire, medical, rescue, and other emergency incidents. Important matters such as inter-agency collaboration, incident reporting, response time improvement, and public safety initiatives were also thoroughly discussed to ensure a more organized, efficient, and reliable emergency response system. This initiative reflects the continued commitment of the Bureau of Fire Protection and its partner agencies in providing fast, responsive, and quality public service for the safety and welfare of the community.
