New Employee Orientation was conducted as part of the onboarding process of newly appointed LGU Biri employees. They were introduced with LGU Biri's history, mandates, values, mission and vision. Workplace policies such attendance rules, leave applications, benefits and incentives were also discussed. They are also informed of paperworks needed to be submitted regularly. Evaluation forms were also distributed and complied with as well as Pre-Test & Post-Test of the activity.
