BITADTON KAG NABA… akun lugar 🌿
A place that can truly be called where the mountain meets the sea (nagakitaay bukid kag baybay)
Located along the northern coastline of Culasi, Antique, the communities of Bitadton and Naba feature natural charm set in a peaceful rural environment. The two barangays are separated by the Paningayan River, often mistakenly referred to as the Bobog River, and are framed by the commanding presence of Nalipao Hill
From this vantage point, visitors can also view Lipata Point—locally known as
▪︎ Dawis Lipata, or
▪︎ Punta Lipata—
a small peninsula that offers serene coastal scenery and serves as a safe harbor for fishing vessels during storms
To the south of the river lie the sitios of Bobog and Moroboro under Barangay Naba, while Baringyao, a sitio of Barangay Bitadton Sur, sits to the north. Each area provides a picturesque countryside, where rice fields stretch across the landscape
This month, Barangay Bitadton Sur celebrates its annual fiesta, inviting guests and tumanduks to experience its decades-long traditions
