PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
The Barangay Council of Poblacion proudly invites all residents to take part in Hugyaw sa Trinidad 2026, one of the newest and most exciting highlights of the Municipality of Trinidad's Town Anniversary Celebration, happening August 17–28, 2026.
This is your chance to showcase your talent, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit while proudly representing Barangay Poblacion.
Competitions and Activities:
• Singing Competition
Junior Category (15 years old and below)
Amateur Category (16–59 years old)
Senior Category (60 years old and above)
• Dance Competition
• Rondalla Competition
• Night Market – An excellent opportunity for local entrepreneurs and business owners to promote and sell their products.
Who May Join?
Participants must be:
• Residents of the Municipality of Trinidad;
• Students enrolled in a school within the municipality; or
• Employees of establishments located within the Municipality of Trinidad.
All contestants and participating groups must officially represent a barangay, purok/sitio, school, or duly recognized organization within the municipality.
Auditions for the Singing and Dance Competitions will be conducted during the second week of August 2026 at the Old Public Market, Trinidad, Bohol. Successful auditionees will qualify for the elimination rounds, with the Grand Finals set on August 28, 2026.
The Barangay Council encourages all aspiring singers, dancers, musicians, and entrepreneurs to seize this opportunity and proudly represent Barangay Poblacion. Let us come together and demonstrate the exceptional talent, unity, and pride of our community.
