UNESCO Global Geopark Revalidation at Alicia Panoramic Park

Every four years, the geosites of the Bohol Island UNESCO Global Geopark undergo a revalidation process to ensure they continue to meet UNESCO's standards for conservation, education, sustainable tourism, and community involvement.

We are proud that Alicia Panoramic Park is one of the geosites included in this important evaluation.

The revalidation mission was conducted by UNESCO evaluators from South Korea and Japan, together with the Bohol Geopark Team and the Bohol Geopark Program Manager.

This revalidation is a testament to our continued commitment to protecting our geological heritage, preserving our culture, and promoting sustainable tourism for future generations.

Together, let us continue to protect and take pride in our UNESCO Global Geopark. 🌿🌏
