The opening of Support Services for Women, KALIPI BAKERY in Barangay Kaligtasan was held on January 29, 2026.
Mayor Mike Malaluan attended such activity, in the person of Municipal Administrator Atty. Maynard Gabayno, Jr., with Vice-Mayor Jayson Barcelona, and the members of the 12th City Council Councilor Jeffrey Alea, Councilor Niรฑa Atienza, Councilor Dodie Liwanag, and Councilor Melody Monreal, as well as SK President Jheremy Roman Abel.
Mr. Christon Jervil Ligon, as G.A.D. Focal Person, extended his full support to initiatives aimed at empowering women, particularly programs that provide livelihood and entrepreneurship opportunities. He also expressed that he will help to acquire the necessary bread-making equipment to further facilitate, improve, and raise the production quality of KALIPI BAKERY, which will serve as a bridge to a longer and stable livelihood for its members of the association.
This activity is a proof of the strong commitment of the Municipal Government of Bongabong in promoting gender equality, inclusive development, and women empowerment wherein every woman has the opportunity to grow, succeed, and be an inspiration to her family and community.

Empowering Women, One Loaf at a Time!

Ipinagmamalaki naming ibinabahagi ang pagbubukas ng Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina (KALIPI) Bakery sa Kaligtasan, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro. Ito ang unang livelihood program ngayong taong 2026, at hindi ito ang una at huli-dahil patuloy na maghahatid ng suporta at oportunidad ang pamunuan ng Malaluan-Barcelona Administration para sa lahat ng Bongabonense.

Ang KALIPI Bakery ay nagsisimula sa isang simpleng kubo, ngunit puno ng pangarap at sipag. Bagamaโ€™t maliit pa ang sinisimulan, dala nito ang pag-asa na sa tamang tiyaga at pagkakaisa, darating ang panahon na itoโ€™y lalago at makikipagsabayan sa malalaking bakeshop.

Sama-sama po nating suportahan ang KALIPI Bakery at maging bahagi ng kanilang tagumpay.
