LPA 08f (formerly "NENENG") is being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has a MEDIUM chance of redeveloping into a Tropical Depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, LPA 08h is being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and now has a HIGH chance of developing into a Tropical Depression within the next 24 hours.

Severe Tropical Storm, with international name "SAUDEL" has intensified into a Typhoon and is also being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

💧 1. STAY HYDRATED
1. Drink plenty of water regularly throughout the day, even if you don't feel thirsty.
2. Strictly avoid alcohol, caffeine, and sugary drinks.

☀️ 2. LIMIT OUTDOOR EXPOSURE
1. Reschedule strenuous activities to the coolest hours (early morning or late evening).
2. If you must go out, stay in the shade and take frequent rest breaks.

👕 3. DRESS APPROPRIATELY
1. Wear lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing.
2. Use a wide-brimmed hat and umbrella when going outside.
