The Provincial Youth Development Office of Maguindanao del Sur conducted its 1st Quarter Meeting on March 25, 2026, held at the Kapamagayun Hall, Provincial Capitol.

The meeting served as a platform to discuss ongoing initiatives, align plans for the year, and strengthen collaboration among youth organizations and partner offices.

One of the agenda was the presentation of project proposals by members of the youth sector for the Seed Grant Program. These proposals showcased innovative ideas and community-driven solutions aimed at addressing local challenges and promoting sustainable development.

The presentations were carefully reviewed and constructively critiqued by evaluators, including Mr. Harlan Joel A. Alid, Planning Officer IV, Engr. Ms. Ayana Jun Khalim Supervising Agriculturists, and Ms. Windy Ann Joy Beaty the Provincial Risk Reduction Management Officer. Their insights and recommendations provided valuable guidance to help refine and strengthen each proposal.

This activity reflects the province’s continuous support in nurturing the potential of young leaders and investing in programs that create meaningful impact in communities.

Our Philippine delegates for the 2026 Regional Workshop on Resilience and Social Cohesion, took place in Singapore last January 26–30, 2026. ✨

Joining young leaders from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand was one of our Provincial Youth Development Council members Mr. Mohaimen Buna and active youth leader Mr. Aljabar Bernan Oriol.
