ROLL-OUT OF ELECTRONIC DRUG PRICE MONITORING SYSTEMS VERSION 4.0

Please be informed that the Department of Health (DOH) has officially issued Department Circular No. 2026-0404, announcing the rollout of the Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System (EDPMS) vr 4.0 and the Supplemental Guidelines and Transition Plan for the implementation of Administrative Order No. 2023-0019, “Revised Implementing Guidelines of the Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System (EDPMS)”.

Key Information:
• Transition Period: August 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027
• The rollout aims to ensure a smooth migration to the upgraded EDPMS platform and compliance with the revised implementing guidelines.

All concerned drug establishment and cutlets are encourage to prepare for the transition and participate in the scheduled orientations and training activities:

Butuan Southville Hotel, Butuan City | 8:00AM-5:00PM
• August 11, 2026 (Batch 1): Drugstores
• August 12, 2026 (Batch 2): Hospitals/Drugstores
• August 13, 2026 (Batch 3): Distributor/Wholesaler/Importer/Trader and Drugstores
