Public Safety Company PSC is based at PRO 13, Camp Rodriguez Libertad, Butuan City and co – located with the RPSB 13. Public Safety Company is based at PRO 13, Camp Rafael C.

To Provide direct operation and control within our AOR, particularly Counter-Insurgency, Special Laws and other related Operations, and to support Police Offices and Police Stations in the campaign against Criminality and aspired primarily in protection of life and properties to all

mankind for the satisfaction under the umbrella of democracy. This company aims for the prevention to all form of criminalities in maintaining peace and order, through modest combat operations, Combat Security Patrol, Police visibility patrols and on the intensification of Community Oriented Policing System (COPS) which advocate closer relationship, teamwork, coordination within the community as well as the implementation of crime prevention program has brought favorable effect to overall peace and order situation in the region.
