The 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧 informs the public that 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟏-𝟎𝟏, 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 has been issued adopting a 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 (𝟒)-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in compliance with national directives on energy efficiency and conservation.

🗓 Effective 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, office hours for most municipal offices will be:

This adjustment ensures the completion of the required 𝟒𝟎-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 while supporting national efforts to reduce energy consumption and promote efficient use of government resources.

⚠️ Offices that provide 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 will continue to operate on their 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 – 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌) to ensure uninterrupted public service. These include:

• Rural Health Unit (RHU)
• Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO)
• Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO)
• Office of the Municipal Mayor

𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗖𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗡, 𝗡𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗚𝗔𝗣 𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗔 𝗚𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗗 𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗔

Cauayan City - Pinarangalan ang Local Government Unit ng Cabagan ng limang parangal sa ginanap na 2025 DSWD–Sustainable Livelihood Program Isabela Provincial Gawad Sulong Awards bilang pagkilala sa natatanging ambag nito sa pagpapaunlad ng kabuhayan ng mga mamamayan.

Kabilang sa mga natanggap nilang parangal ang Gawad Natatanging Katuwang sa Programa bilang National Award para sa namumukod-tanging kolaborasyon at pambansang epekto sa pagsusulong ng layunin ng SLP, Gawad Katangi-tangiang Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan para sa huwarang suporta sa pagpapalakas ng kabuhayan ng komunidad at paglalaan ng lokal na pondo, Gawad Huwarang Katuwang sa Programa bilang pagkilala sa institusyonalisasyon ng SLP sa pamamagitan ng mga ordinansa at kautusang ehekutibo, Gawad Lakas-Kabuhayan para sa pagpapatibay ng kakayahang pang-ekonomiya ng mga benepisyaryo, at Gawad Kaagapay sa Pagpapaunlad para sa tuluy-tuloy na suporta sa mga inisyatiba ng programa.

Ipinahayag din ng LGU Cabagan ang pasasalamat sa DSWD Sustainable Livelihood Program, kay Regional Director Lucy Suyu-Alan, at kay Maricel Balisi sa tiwala at pagkilalang ipinagkaloob.

Ibinahagi ng Cabagan ang karangalang ito sa iba pang mga bayan at lungsod sa Isabela na pinarangalan sa Gawad Sulong bilang pagkilala sa sama-samang adhikain para sa kaunlaran ng lalawigan.
