DOCUMENTATION ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANCE TO BARANGAYS UNDER THE SOCIO-CIVIC PROJECTS FUND

Today, July 23, 2026, marks a pivotal moment for our beloved barangays within the municipality of Cabucgayan as we officially awarded the Presidential Assistance to Barangay’s under the Socio Civic Project Funds (SCPF)! 🇵🇭

This milestone event, held at the New Municipal Building, is a testament to the commitment of the national government to bring progress straight to the grassroots level. Every single barangay in Cabucgayan will directly benefit from this funding worth P200,000.00, empowering our local leaders to address the most urgent needs of their communities.

The assistance will focus on key priority areas:
🎓 Educational Assistance (5 identified 4th year college students) through the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars, ensuring our youth have access to better educational opportunities.
🏗️ Barangay-Identified Development Priorities, funding crucial infrastructure and development projects tailored to the unique needs of each barangay.

This massive undertaking, part of the Bagong Pilipinas vision, is made possible through the collaboration of the Office of the President, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and our very own Municipal Government of Cabucgayan headed by Mayor Gemma Garcia Adobo and Dilg Cabucgayan headed by our MLGOO Engr. Eva Christian Ramonida Toray

As we officially conclude this year's Serbisyong Pambarangayan, puno ang among kasingkasing sa pagpasalamat sa matag usa nga miuban ug misuporta sa among programa.

Dako kaayo among kalipay sa inyong aktibong pag-apil ug sa inyong pag-avail sa nagkalain-laing serbisyo nga among gidala ngadto sa matag barangay. Ang inyong pagsalig ug kooperasyon maoy naghatag ug kahulugan sa among paningkamot sa paghatod og serbisyong mas duol, mas sayon maabot, ug mas angay alang sa matag Cabucgayanon.

Nagpasalamat usab kami sa tanan nga mga departamento sa LGU, national government agencies, volunteers, barangay officials, ug sa tanang stakeholders nga walay kakapoy nga mitabang aron mahimong malampuson ang matag Serbisyong Pambarangayan.

Kini nga programa dili lang bahin sa paghatag og serbisyo, kundili usa usab ka higayon sa pagpaminaw sa inyong mga panginahanglan, pagpalig-on sa panaghiusa, ug pagpadayon sa tinuod nga serbisyo publiko.

Daghang salamat sa inyong mainiton nga pagdawat ug padayon nga suporta. Magkita-kita ta usab sa sunod nga Serbisyong Pambarangayan. Padayon ta sa pagtinabangay alang sa mas lig-on ug mas maayong Cabucgayan.

STRENGTHENING LOCAL GOVERNANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

Our Local Chief Executive, Mayor Gemma Garcia Adobo, actively participated in the Dialogue with the Local Chief Executives and People’s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) Chairpersons held today at the office of the Mayor.

This activity focused on strengthening the partnership between local government leaders and law enforcement oversight bodies to ensure transparency, justice, and effective public service across our community.

Joining the productive session were key officials and technical personnel, including:
