In line with the continuous commitment to transparent governance, and community engagement, a General Assembly was successfully conducted this 13th day of August at Brgy. Covered court, Soledad, San Pablo City with key stakeholders and project-affected residents from Barangays of Soledad, Barangay San Gregorio, and Barangay San Joaquin.

Through the collaborative efforts of the National Housing Authority (NHA) – Laguna District Office, the Department of Transportation – Philippine National Railways (DOTr-PNR), the City Government of San Pablo, concerned Barangay Local Government Units (BLGUs), and the community leaders of St. Barts Southville Heights, a demolition and relocation operation was successfully concluded on August 12, 2026.

​A total of 20 beneficiary families were safely transferred to more secure and resilient housing units situated in St. Barts Southville Heights, Brgy. San Bartolome, San Pablo City.

Relocated Beneficiaries by Origin Barangay:
​👉 Brgy. San Gregorio: 8 families
​👉 Brgy. Soledad: 6 families
​👉 Brgy. Sta. Ana: 2 families
​👉 Brgy. San Joaquin: 2 families
​👉 Brgy. San Antonio: 1 family
👉 Brgy. San Gabriel: 1 family

​This inter-agency initiative underscores the shared commitment of key national and local stakeholders to providing adequate, safe, and sustainable resettlement for project-affected families.
