Establish platforms for students where they can raise their concerns. Create activities that will showcase the students' academic excellence, skills, and talents. Mold other students to become leaders for themselves and others. Implement programs that will help the students develop their character, leadership, and sense of service. Make proper representation of students' voices; advocating for their rights and welfare. Goals:
• Sincerely listening and giving care to all students in these trying times.
• Providing transparency in all transactions to the students.
• Apprehending the correlation between students’ academic achievement and their emotional well-being.
• Creating a friendly environment that respects all students regardless of their social stratification.
• Developing innovative programs for the holistic development of students.
