The Abante Mindanao (ABAMIN) Party-List, with its No. 1 nominee Former Cong. Maxie Rodriguez officially filed its Certificate of Nomination and Certificate of Acceptance of Nomination (C**A) for its bid for three (3) seats in the House of Representatives in the 2025 elections.
ABAMIN Lead Nominee Former Cong. Maxie Rodriguez is a graduate of Xavier University Grade School Batch 1971 and Xavier University High School Batch 1975. He graduated with a degree in BS Biology in the University of the Philippines (Los Banos) in 1981. Former Cong. Maxie likewise studied Law from 1981 - 1983 in Ateneo de Manila and finished his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1984 in Xavier University.
ABAMINโs No. 2 nominee is Iligan City Councilor Rosevi Queenie Belmonte. Councilor Belmonte graduated from BA Political Science at De La Salle University and has served as City Councilor of Iligan City for three terms now. She is the daughter of 3-term Iligan City Congressman Varf Belmonte.
The ABAMIN Party-List represents and promotes marginalized and underrepresented sectors in Northern Mindanao, including Indigenous Peoples (IPs), laborers, senior citizens, urban poor and informal settlers, OFWs, Muslim communities, farmers and fishermen, professionals, and many others.
ABAMIN previously served from 2010-2013 and 2013-2016 in the House of Representatives, with Cong. Maxie Rodriguez as its Representative.

4. ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ข๐ ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ฆ: 8,043 families benefit from different income-generating ventures, on farmers crops, vegetables and fertilizer, chemicals and farm implements and sprayers, farm tractors, fisherman's pump boats, fishing gears; Bangus/Tilapia raising in different areas in Region 10 and trainings/seminars on mango, cacao, and corn planting techniques, among others, and the Pig Dispersal Program (sow level of 200) where piglets are distributed (for raising its sow level) for piglet production. ABAMIN likewise assisted the Laguindingan Weavers (in silk production) in Misamis Oriental through the repair of its facilities.
