Sa pagdiriwang ng ika-84 na Araw ng Kagitingan, nagbibigay-pugay ang Hukbong Himpapawid Ng Pilipinas sa mga bayaning nag-alay ng kanilang buhay at tapang para sa ating kalayaan. Sa temang “Giting ng Bayani, Pamana sa Salinlahi,” ipinapaalala sa atin na ang kanilang sakripisyo ay gabay at inspirasyon sa ating patuloy na paglilingkod sa bayan.
Dahil sa kanilang kagitingan, tayo ay naririto ngayon—at tungkulin nating tiyakin na ang kanilang pamana ay mananatiling buhay sa bawat henerasyon.

IN PHOTOS || The 8th Air Reserve Center, Air Force Reserve Command, led by LTC PAULINO ANTONIO T LOMOLJO PAF (GSC), together with the 590th Air Base Group Reserve, conducted a feeding and gift-giving activity for the Higaonon children, the Indigenous People residing in Barangay Indulang, Talakag, Bukidnon.

The activity aimed to provide essential nourishment, distribute goods and care items, and promote goodwill to strengthened partnership with the Indigenous community. It also sought to uplift the morale of the children and support the government’s continuing efforts in fostering inclusive community development and peace-building initiatives.

LOOK|| On 07 0730 March 2026, 8th Air Reserve Center (ARCen), Air Force Reserve Command, together with its Philippine Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) units from partner schools in region 10 and CARAGA, participated in the Simultaneous Flag Raising and Information Campaign on ROTC Week (ICOW) Kick-Off Ceremony in line with the 2026 National ROTC Month Celebration. The activity formally commenced the month-long observance highlighting the role of ROTC in developing discipline, patriotism, and civic responsibility among the youth while reinforcing support for the Reserve Force Development Program of the Philippine Air Force.
The ceremony gathered ROTC cadets, school officials, and military personnel who collectively reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening youth participation in nation-building and national defense. The activity also served as a platform to promote awareness of the significance of the ROTC program in preparing capable reservists who can contribute to community development, disaster response, and the overall security efforts of the country.

IN PHOTOS || On 07 1400 March 2026, 8th Air Reserve Center (ARCen), Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), led by LTC PAULINO ANTONIO T LOMOLJO PAF (GSC), together with the 71st Air Force Group Reserve, Haraya Volunteers International Club Lambagohan, and the Barangay Agusan Council conducted a feeding activity and distribution of five (5) kilograms of rice to sixty-one (61) beneficiaries from Zone 7, Barangay Agusan in Cagayan de Oro City. The activity aimed to provide immediate food assistance to selected residents while strengthening the partnership between the military and the local community in delivering humanitarian support.
The beneficiaries, composed primarily of families from the community, expressed appreciation for the assistance extended by the participating organizations. The activity also highlighted the continuing commitment of Air Force Reserve Command through the 8th ARCen and its partners to support community welfare initiatives while promoting cooperation, solidarity, and shared responsibility in addressing the needs of the local population.

Today, the Haraya Volunteers International Club, in a joint effort with the BCMT DASIG-LAAB Class 2024 Alpha of the 71st Air Force Group Reserve, the 8th Air Reserve Center, and the Barangay Council of Agusan, successfully conducted a Civil-Military Operation to support our local community.
