For the information of all motorela operators, drivers, and the riding public, please refer to the prevailing retail pump prices in Mindanao for June 30 to July 6, 2026, as released by the Department of Energy (DOE) – Mindanao Field Office.

This advisory is shared to keep our stakeholders informed, particularly as fuel prices serve as one of the bases for the implementation of the approved motorela fare matrix.

The Business Permits and Licensing Division (BPLD) reminds all **Motorela Operators and Drivers** to strictly comply with the official **Fare Matrix** pursuant to **City Ordinance No. 15324-2026**.

📌 The official Fare Matrix issued by BPLD must be properly displayed inside every motorela and the corresponding fares must be observed.

👥 Passengers are likewise encouraged to pay the correct fare to avoid misunderstandings and ensure fair and orderly public transportation.

📣 For complaints regarding overcharging or fare-related concerns, you may visit the BPLD Office and provide the route, plate number or body number, date and time of the incident, and other relevant information to facilitate the appropriate action.
