To all members of USTP-EMPC:

Please be informed of the following important updates and reminders:

1. Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)

The Pre-Membership Education Seminar is scheduled on June 11, 2026 (Thursday) starting at 1:00 PM. The meeting link will be sent a day before the scheduled date.

2. Presentation of Valid Identification

Members are required to present their Employee ID and/or any valid ID prior to the release of loans and processing of other transactions, regardless of the transaction amount.

3. Official page

Members are encouraged to follow the cooperative’s official page for updates, announcements, and other important information.

4. MAXICARE Renewal Procedures

Please be advised that members renewing their MAXICARE membership must personally visit the cooperative office for logbook entry and verification. Approvals will no longer be processed through omnibus approval.

📢IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: LOAN POLICY UPDATE FOR MEMBERS AGED 60 AND ABOVE

Please be advised that effective August 22, 2025, members who are 60 years old and above will only be eligible to loan up to 100% of their share capital.

This policy adjustment is due to MRI (Mortgage Redemption Insurance) coverage limitations for members in this age group.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

🔈IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Good afternoon!
We would like to inform everyone that due to the recent applications for YEB (Year-End Benefit), we have decided to temporarily hold the approval of YEB releases. This is to ensure that all MYB (Mid-Year Bonus) and Productivity Deductions are properly accounted for in the remittance we are yet to receive.
Releasing the YEB before confirming these deductions may cause issues, and we want to avoid complications that may affect our members.
Rest assured that once we have received the necessary remittance, we will proceed accordingly.
