We grieve the loss of former Congresswoman and Mayor Celia T. Layus, She will be remembered for her passion, dedication, hard work, and love for public service.

As we pay tribute to Mayor CTL today, let us take a moment to reflect on her life and the numerous contributions she made. We have lost a remarkable leader, an advocate for our municipality, and a dear friend. Nevertheless, her spirit continues to reside in the hearts of those she influenced and the positive legacy she left behind.
