FILIPINO BRAND OF SERVICE EXCELLENCE BLOSSOMS AT FARM HILLS GARDEN

The Department of Tourism Region IV-A (DOT 4A) proudly brought the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) to the enchanting grounds of Farm Hills Garden, a venue embraced by lush greens and an unbelievable quietude that inspires calm and peace.

Amidst this serene setting, participants were immersed in the values of malasakit, courtesy, and genuine Filipino warmth — the very essence of service excellence. The tranquil beauty of Farm Hills Garden provided the perfect backdrop for reflection and learning, reminding us that hospitality thrives when rooted in harmony with nature.

The training was facilitated by Red Alano, with Ms. Cecile Biñas serving as the Resource Speaker, ensuring that participants gained both practical insights and heartfelt inspiration.

Special thanks to Sir Francis Manjares, whose initiative in reaching out to DOT to secure accreditation made this milestone possible. His dedication ensures that Farm Hills Garden continues to uphold the highest standards of service, reflecting the heart of Filipino hospitality: warm, genuine, and excellent.
