Please be advised that the water supply will be temporarily interrupted on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, due to the scheduled power interruption. Our backup generator is currently not operational as we are waiting for replacement parts, which are still in transit.

We recommend that you store adequate water for your immediate needs until service is restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Update: WATER RESTORED

We would like to inform our valued customers that there will be temporary water service interruptions today due to electric power supply issues cause by a fallen coconut tree at Capalaran. Unfortunately, our backup generator is currently unavailable because of technical problems, which we are actively working to resolve.

Public Service Announcement: Water Service Advisory Due to Power Interruption

We would like to inform our valued customers that due to an ongoing power interruption, water service in some areas may experience slow flow or no water at all. This is because our pump wells are currently operating on a rotation schedule using backup generators.

During this period, water pressure may be lower than usual or, in some cases, water service may be temporarily unavailable while we work to maintain supply across all affected areas. The use of generators is necessary to keep essential water services running, but it may not fully restore normal operations until power is fully restored.

We kindly ask all customers to:
• Conserve water and use it only for essential needs until further notice.
• Store an adequate supply of water for your household, if possible.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to minimize the impact of this power outage on our municipality’s water supply.
