Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community? This is your chance to become a peer supporter for mental health. 💚

The 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 is inviting all youth ages 18–30 from Calatrava, Romblon, to join a meaningful Mental Health First Aid Training for Peer Supporters happening on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟴–𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.

This three-day camp will equip young leaders with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health challenges among their peers. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and activities, participants will learn how to offer initial support, provide reassurance, and guide others toward appropriate help when needed.

This camp is more than just training, it’s about building a generation of young people who look out for one another and creating safer, more supportive spaces for mental health in our community.
