This Consumer Welfare Month, with the theme “𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀,” highlights the importance of product safety, compliance with standards, and responsible business practices in building consumer trust and confidence. 🛡️🛍️
In support of this year’s national celebration, DTI-Quezon, through its Consumer Protection Division (CPD), will lead a series of activities aimed at strengthening consumer awareness and promoting a safer and more responsible marketplace.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is set to launch the upgraded Negosyo Center Online Portal 2.0 (NCOP 2.0) on September 28, making business development services more accessible and convenient for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
Through the enhanced platform, entrepreneurs can access business registration assistance, advisory services, learning modules, and one-on-one virtual pro bono coaching from certified business mentors—all without having to visit a physical Negosyo Center.
NCOP 2.0 also features client profiling, content management, and data analytics tools to help DTI better understand entrepreneurs’ needs and continuously improve its support programs.
The launch will be held at the Model Negosyo Center of the DTI National Capital Region Office in Makati City and livestreamed through DTI’s official page.
You may access Negosyo Center services online at negosyocenter.dti.gov.ph.
