To ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process, parents and guardians are kindly requested to bring the necessary admission requirements. If the PSA Birth Certificate of the child is not yet available, a Local Registry Form or Baptismal Certificate may be submitted as a temporary alternative.

• Learners 5 years old on or before October 31, 2026

• Original & photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (If not available: Local Certificate of Live Birth / Baptismal Certificate / Barangay Certificate)

In support of DepEd Secretary Angara’s 5-Point Agenda Reform, and in line with the initiatives of DepEd NCR and the Schools Division Office of Caloocan City to implement this meaningful project, Urduja Elementary School has successfully created classroom Reading Nooks—joyful spaces where learners can immerse themselves in stories, explore new ideas, and strengthen their love for reading. 📖💛

By establishing warm and inviting reading corners inside the classroom, we help learners develop foundational literacy skills and nurture them into confident, independent readers.
