The Municipal Health Office of the Local Government Unit of Sta. Elena proudly recognized the TOP Performing barangays (𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗭𝗢, 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡) for C.Y. 2025 with the awarding of plaques of recognition during the Liga ng mga Barangay Session at the Liga Building/Office last February 11, 2026.

The rest of the 19 barangays of the municipality were also presented with Certificates of Appreciation for their continued commitment and support to the program.

Last year's Blood Donation Activities were more than just events - but a celebration of commitment, collaboration, and community impact. We extend our gratitude and look forward to your continued support for the NVBSP.

Bilang pagmarka sa nalalapit na ika-37 paggunita sa World AIDS Day, pangungunahan ng Department of Health Bicol ang isang makabuluhang talakayan tungo sa pagsugpo sa patuloy na lumalaganap na stigma sa usaping HIV at AIDS.

Kasama ang Regional Program Manager ng HIV, AIDS, STI Prevention and Control Program na si Mr. Samuel David Banico, babasagin natin ang mga maling paniniwala patungkol sa HIV at AIDS.

Ibabahagi rin sa atin ng Presidente ng Gentlemen Bicol na si Mr. Richard B. Hayag ang mga programa at inisiyatibong kanilang isinusulong tungo sa tamang gamutan at masiguro ang karapatan sa non-discriminatory care.

Makinig at umantabay ngayong Nobyembre 28, 2025, alas onse ng umaga (11:00 AM) sa DOH Bicol CHD at Radyo Pilipinas Albay pages.

Our blood donation activity has officially concluded 💯🫶🏻

We are grateful to our modern heroes who answered the call and took the time to donate today.

We were able to get 105 successful donation. Your generosity will directly support patients who need it most.

This closes our final drive for the year — and we look forward to continuing this mission with you in 2026.
