𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐁𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝟐𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

Patuloy na binibigyang-diin ng Provincial Health Office (PHO) ang kahalagahan ng sama-samang pagkilos at pakikipagtulungan upang mapanatili ang matagumpay na pagpapatupad ng National Voluntary Blood Services Program sa probinsya.

Nakiisa ang mga kinatawan mula sa iba't ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan, mga opisyal sa sektor pang-kalusugan, mga kinatawan mula sa iba't ibang munisipalidad ng Camarines Norte, at iba pang katuwang na institusyon. Bahagi ng programa ang presentasyon ng mga panrehiyon, pangkat ng mga lalawigan at panlalawigang tagumpay sa boluntaryong pagbibigay ng dugo, na nagpapakita ng patuloy na pagsisikap ng iba't ibang institusyon at indibidwal upang matiyak ang sapat at ligtas na suplay ng dugo para sa mga nangangailangan partikular sa probinsya ng CamNorte.

Taglay ng programa ang temang, "Flow of Compassion: Recognizing Excellence and Dedication in Service", bilang pagkilala sa mahalagang papel ng bawat katuwang na mga personalidad at mga organisasyon sa pagtitiyak ng sapat, ligtas, at dekalidad na suplay ng dugo para sa mga mamamayan ng Camarines Norte.

The Municipality of Sta. Elena, along with the 12 municipalities of Camarines Norte, was recognized during the 2nd Program Implementation Review and Awarding for CY 2025 with the theme “ Flow of Compassion: Recognizing Excellence and Dedication in Service” for its contribution to the province-wide blood program and overall blood collection efforts. 🩸

Accepting the award on behalf of Hon. Mayor Bernardina E. Borja and Dr. Ruth Porto were Vice Mayor Hon. Ryan Jeffrey T. Mendoza, Sangguniang Bayan Chairperson for Health Hon. Myrna M. Comia, and Municipal Blood Program Coordinator Andrei G. Urdaneta.

While the 1% blood collection target was not achieved, this recognition reflects a significant improvement in Sta. Elena’s blood collection compared to previous years, underscoring the municipality’s strengthened commitment to promoting voluntary blood donation.

This milestone is shared with all partners and stakeholders, especially the 19 barangays of Sta. Elena, and most importantly, to all our blood donors whose continued support and participation made this achievement possible.

As we move forward, we call on everyone to continue supporting our blood donation initiatives—because every drop of blood is a chance to save a life. Together, let us strive to reach greater milestones and build a healthier, more resilient community. 🫶🏻🩸
