The seminar was successfully completed by barangay officials, volunteers, and community members, equipping them with valuable knowledge and essential life-saving skills in disaster preparedness, emergency response, and survival. Their dedication to learning enhances not only their individual preparedness but also the resilience and safety of their families and the community as a whole.
