*Priority is given to incoming 4th-year College students for S/Y 2026–2027.
*Must be students from vulnerable households or those at risk of dropping out.
*Priority may also be given to families with NO member who has completed tertiary education.

Note: If there are no qualified 4th-year applicants, the following may be considered:

- Incoming 3rd-year college students
- TESDA scholars with National Certificate
- Students in 5th or 6th year who are expected to graduate in A/Y 2026–2027
