Today, August 18, 2026, the Canlaon City Police Station Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (CAGPTD) officially took its oath of office during a meaningful ceremony held at the Barangay Hall, Barangay Mabigo, Canlaon City.

The oath-taking marks a significant step in strengthening the partnership between the Philippine National Police and the community. Composed of committed stakeholders from different sectors, the Advisory Group serves as a vital partner in promoting police transformation, good governance, accountability, transparency, and responsive public service.

The newly inducted members have embraced the responsibility to listen, advise, connect, and support initiatives that contribute to a safer, more peaceful, and progressive Canlaon City.
