Final Leg of PMA Entrance Exam 2026 Set for Central and Northern Luzon Cluster
FORT GENERAL GREGORIO H. DEL PILAR, Baguio City – The Philippine Military Academy will conduct the final leg of the PMA Entrance Examination 2026 for the Central and Northern Luzon Cluster from September 5 and 6, 2026, at the following testing venues:
• Laoag City – Northwestern University, Airport Road, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte
• Tuguegarao City – Leonardo N. Mamba Memorial Gymnasium, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan
• Bontoc, Mt Province – Mt Province State University, Poblacion, Bontoc, Mt.Province
• Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya – Nueva Vizcaya General Comprehensive HighSchool, Mabini, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya
• Baguio City – Philippine Military Academy
• Lingayen, Pangasinan – Saint Columban's College, Avenida Rizal, Poblacion, Lingayen, Pangasinan
• Cabanatuan City – Lazaro Francisco Integrated School, Brgy Vijandre, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija
• Tarlac City – St. Michael Covered Court, Camp General Servillano A. Aquino, Brgy. San Miguel, Tarlac City, Tarlac
• Pampanga – Pampanga High School, Brgy. Lourdes, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
• Tabuk City – To be determined later
• Cauayan City, Isabela – Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus, Cauayan City, lsabela
• Baler – Centro Baler Sport Complex, Baler Public Market Compound, Baler, Aurora
• Olongapo City – 3rd Floor, Olongapo City Civic Center, Rival Ave., Olongapo Citv, Zambales
All applicants are encouraged to secure the following requirements before going to respective testing venues:
Online and Mail applicants
• Exam Permit
• 1 pc 2”x2” ID photo in white background, taken within the last six months
• 2 pcs #2 pencils, and
• Valid Identification Card
Walk-in applicants
• Duly Accomplished Application Form (https://www.pma.edu.ph/cadeApp.pdf)
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Form 137 (Graduates of Senior High School) or Form 138 (currentlyenrolled Grade 12 students) that indicates the latest GPA,
• 2 pcs 2”x2” ID photo in white background, taken within the last six months,
• 2 pcs #2 pencils, and
• Bring valid ID for identification
In addition, applicants are advised to wear the prescribed dress code: white t-shirt, pants, and rubber shoe s. They are also encouraged to regularly check the official PMA page, Philippine Military Academy “Face-bok”, and website www.pma.edu.ph for further updates and announcements.
Applicants are likewise reminded of the following:
• All examinees must use pencil ( #2) during the examination
• 7:00 AM – Processing of all applicants
• 12:00 NN – Start of exam
• Bring your own food and drinks
• Bring umbrella in case of inclement weather
