✨ Hon. John Vincent D. Santaana, SK Chairperson of Brgy. Dacuton, Dumarao, Capiz, proudly took part in the Training on Gender-Sensitivity and Leadership for Rural-Based Organizations.

This meaningful seminar, made possible through the strong collaboration of the Capiz Provincial Government, Capiz State University - Pontevedra, and the Provincial Agriculture Office, highlights the crucial role of nurturing young leaders who are not only effective decision-makers but also advocates of inclusivity and equality.

By joining this training, our leaders gain the tools to better serve their communities—empowered with knowledge, compassion, and a deeper understanding of the importance of gender sensitivity in building stronger, more progressive rural societies. 🌱👩‍🌾👨‍🌾

This critical forum, orchestrated by key provincial fiscal bodies, is instrumental in cultivating the financial acumen necessary to formulate impactful youth programs and foster sustainable progress within the barangay.
