πππππ, ππππππ, πππππ β The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) β Capiz, in collaboration with the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of Sapian, successfully conducted a mobile registration activity in Barangay Bilao, Sapian, Capiz, on October 8, 2026.
The activity offered various services, including the listing of Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) beneficiaries for verification, delayed birth registration under BRAP, requests for copies of civil registry documents through the Birth Registration and Entry Query System (BREQS), National ID registration, ePhilID issuance and updating.
The activity was conducted in coordination with Municipal Civil Registrar Dansil G. Luching and Punong Barangay Raphael S. Leonor, with the support of Municipal Mayor Atty. Joe Villanueva.
PSA together with the local government continue to work together to make civil registration and National ID services more accessible and convenient for residents.
