𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆, 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐓𝐇

Gigmoto Rural Development High School successfully conducted its 2-Day In-Service Training (INSET) for School Year 2026–2027 on September 10–11, 2026, anchored on the theme:

“Meaningful Teaching, Transformative Learning: Empowering Teachers for Today’s Learners”

The two-day professional development activity provided the teaching and non-teaching personnel with a valuable avenue to learn, reflect, collaborate, share experiences, and strengthen their professional practices in response to the changing needs of today’s learners.

More than just a training, this INSET served as a reminder that teachers are lifelong learners. As education continues to evolve, educators must continuously learn, adapt, innovate, and work together to ensure that every learner receives meaningful and transformative educational experiences.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our dedicated resource speakers, facilitators, coordinators, and the entire GRDHS teaching and non-teaching personnel whose commitment and active participation made this two-day INSET meaningful and successful.

May the knowledge, skills, and insights gained from these sessions be translated into better classroom practices, stronger school programs, safer learning environments, and more meaningful learning experiences for our learners.

As part of the ASEAN Month Celebration 2026, Gigmoto Rural Development High School proudly highlighted the rich cultural diversity of Southeast Asia through a vibrant showcase of traditional attire.

Spearheaded by the Araling Panlipunan Department, the celebration brought together the teaching and non-teaching personnel in a meaningful display of unity, cultural appreciation, and pride in the diverse heritage of the ASEAN community.

Sa pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2026, isinagawa ng Gigmoto Rural Development High School ang simbolikong pagbubukas ng selebrasyon sa pamamagitan ng seremonya ng pagtataas ng watawat.

Kasabay ng pagsusuot ng tradisyonal na kasuotang Pilipino, ipinakita ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani ang kanilang suporta sa pagpapahalaga at pagtataguyod ng ating pambansang wika.

Ngayong taon, tampok ang temang "Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon," na nagbibigay-diin sa mahalagang papel ng wikang Filipino sa makabagong teknolohiya, pananaliksik, at pagpapalawak ng kaalaman.

Nawa'y magsilbing inspirasyon ang pagdiriwang na ito upang higit nating mahalin, gamitin, at ipagmalaki ang ating sariling wika.

𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Gigmoto Rural Development High School actively participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) as part of our commitment to promoting disaster preparedness and ensuring the safety of our learners, teachers, and personnel.

Through this activity, students and staff practiced the proper earthquake safety procedures, including the Duck, Cover, and Hold technique, evacuation protocols, and emergency response measures.

Let this drill serve as a reminder that preparedness saves lives. By working together and staying informed, we can build a safer and more resilient school community.
