The PCL Northern Samar Chapter proudly joined the 42nd Kauswagan Caravan held in Capacujan, Palapag on August 20, 2026, standing alongside the Provincial Government of Northern Samar and fellow stakeholders in bringing meaningful services and community engagement closer to the people.
As part of the caravan, PCL Northern Samar extended support to senior citizens through the distribution of milk, while also actively participating in tree planting and deep-dive activities, contributing to both community welfare and environmental stewardship.
The 42nd Kauswagan Caravan served as a reminder of the importance of collective action and responsive public service. Through these shared efforts, PCL Northern Samar continues to strengthen its commitment to serving communities and working hand in hand with partners toward a Marig-on, Mainuswagon, ngan Malipayon nga Norte san Samar.
