𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: The Procurement Service-PS-DBM, through its Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) Office, informs all stakeholders that 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘅 𝗔 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗚𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱.

Certain fields, including Audited Financial Statements figures and the names/signatures of authorized signatories, have been removed or disabled to streamline the Platinum Membership application and validation process.

The absence of previously displayed information in the updated Annex A shall not, by itself, be considered a deficiency or a lack thereof, provided that the Platinum Membership Certificate and the applicable eligibility requirements, particularly those with expiration dates, remain valid.
