Prayer for the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women

Today, we lift our voices in prayer for the safety, dignity, and healing of women and girls everywhere. May hearts be changed, justice be upheld, and communities stand united against all forms of violence. Together, through faith and action, we commit to ending VAW.

With their soulful komposo song, members of KALIPI-Bulata chapter pour out their hearts — singing of a truth that hits close to home: women & children are worthy of deep love and genuine respect, and they never, ever should have to suffer abuse, violence or any harrasment.

Twenty-five (25) barangays of Cauayan came together in a powerful Zumba contest, dancing to “Bangon Babae Bangon” in solidarity with the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW).

Every step, every beat, and every movement sent one clear message: we stand united for women’s rights, dignity, and safety.

This is more than a dance; it’s a call to rise, to speak up, and to build communities free from violence.

Mr. Respeto challenge —
respect is non-negotiable. ...
See every person as worthy, no matter their gender, body, values, or identity. Their body is their sanctuary, their ideas are seeds of change — respecting them means honoring their right to exist, choose, and be safe.
Let’s turn this into a movement where 'respeto' is how we treat everyone.
— Respect For All, Always."

Youth Forum
December 10,2025
Nat'l. High School..

The youth forum at Tuyom National High School was successfully conducted today, December 10, 2025, bringing together students to explore critical topics including OSAEC, CSAEM, and key laws like R.A. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act), R.A. 11313 (Safe Spaces Act), and R.A. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Act), along with other related laws.
Speakers from the WCPD and MSWDO led engaging discussions, making these important laws accessible and actionable for the youth.
Together we stand with the active support of our local government, barangays, schools, stakeholders, and the broader community — the event was a powerful step forward in our shared journey as we continue to hope and pray for the day we achieve a fully VAW-free society.....
