The visit marked a meaningful occasion to recognize MGEN Amadar’s remarkable journey in the naval service and to pay tribute to his invaluable contributions to the Philippine Navy. His years of dedicated service have been defined by professionalism, integrity, commitment, and purposeful leadership.

The Reserve Command, Philippine Navy (RESCOM, PN) has officially ushered in a new era of digital transformation with the launch of its newly developed information system, the PN Reserve Force Digital Recruitment and Tracking (PNRF DiRecT), at its headquarters on 01 September 2026.

The ceremonial launching was graced by key military leadership, led by πŒπ†π„π πƒπŽπ‘πŽπ“π„πŽ π‰πŽπ’π„ 𝐌 π‰π€π‹π€ππƒπŽππˆ 𝐏𝐍(𝐌), RESCOM, PN Commander, alongsideπ‚πŽπŒπŒπŽ π‘π„πƒπ„ππ“πŽπ‘ π‚πŽπ‘π“π„π™π€ππŽ 𝐏𝐍, Deputy Commander of RESCOM, PN, and other senior officers.

The momentous handing over of the User Acceptance Certificate was witnessed by 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 π‹π„πŽ 𝐆 π€π’ππˆπ‹π‹π€π†π€ 𝐏𝐍(𝐆𝐒𝐂), Deputy Assistant Chief for C4S, N6, PN representing COL BILL L PASIA PN(M)(GSC) as Guest of Honor and Speaker. The event was further supported by key representatives from the Office of the Assistant Chief of Naval Staff for Reserve Force Development (N9, PN) and the Cyber Warfare Force, Philippine Navy.

Designed to provide a seamless digital experience for Sailors, Marine reservists, and the public, this centralized platform brings naval reserve services straight to your fingertips. PNRF DiRecT makes joining and onboarding qualified applicants faster and easier while significantly enhancing the verification, updating, and management of existing reservist profiles through a secure and reliable digital hub.

Prospective applicants and current PN Reservists can now conveniently submit and update their personal, professional, civilian, and military details, as well as upload necessary supporting documents for processing, by visiting the public online portal at https://jointhereserve.navy.mil.ph/
