Representing the PN Reserve Force, BGEN Roberto Emmanuel T. Feliciano PN(M)(RES) (Commander, 7th Marine Brigade Reserve, NCR) thanked the organizers and speakers, emphasizing how crucial it is to sharpen skills for the evolving battlefield of information.

This initiative is part of the Commandโ€™s active contribution to the AFPโ€™s Communication Plan "MULAT." It shifts our information campaign from mere awareness to actively countering, delegitimizing, and insulating our personnel from harmful narratives that fracture social cohesion and erode public trust.

The Advance Reservist Administration Course (ARAC) Class 03-2026 and Basic Reservist Administration Course (BRAC) Class 41-2026 successfully concluded their training with a joint graduation ceremony held on 22 September 2026 at the Headquarters, Reserve Command, Philippine Navy, Cavite City.

The ceremony was graced by ๐‚๐Ž๐Œ๐Œ๐Ž ๐‘๐ž๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐‘. ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ณ๐š๐ง๐จ ๐๐, ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ, ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐, ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐๐š๐ฏ๐ฒ, together with ๐‚๐€๐๐“ ๐…๐ข๐ญ๐ณ๐ ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ๐ ๐‚๐šรฑ๐ž๐ญ๐ž ๐๐ (๐Œ๐๐’๐€), ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ, ๐๐š๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ.

In his message, Commo Cortezano underscored the significance of the courses in developing competent and effective reserve administrators. He emphasized that the knowledge, skills, and principles gained through the training will serve as essential tools in strengthening reserve administration and supporting the continued development of the PN Reserve Force.

A total of 25 ARAC and 60 BRAC Student graduates, composed of Officers and Enlisted Personnel from RESCOM, PN and various Philippine Navy units, along with its Sailor reservists successfully completed the courses. Their accomplishment reflects their commitment to professional development and their readiness to contribute to the sustained growth, capability, and operational preparedness of the PN Reserve Force.

As they return to their respective units, the graduates are expected to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills in further advancing reserve force development and supporting the mission of the Philippine Navy.

Team Reserve Command, Philippine Navy joins MANA Mo 2026 Coastal Clean-up Drive in Tanza, Cavite! ๐ŸŒŠโš“

In celebration of Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANA Mo) 2026 and International Coastal Clean-up Day, the Reserve Command, PNโ€”through the students of the ๐๐š๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐ƒ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž (๐๐‘๐ƒ๐ˆ๐‚) ๐‚๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”-๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”โ€”participated in a simultaneous coastal clean-up in Brgy. Aligning with this year's theme, โ€œClean Seas for Resilient Communities,โ€ our NRDIC students worked hand-in-hand with local barangay officials and residents to clear tons of waste along the shoreline and seafront.

This initiative goes beyond simply reducing coastal waste. It serves as a powerful reminder that our seas, communities, and future are deeply interconnected. Protecting what is ours is a continuous commitment that extends far beyond a single day of action.
