๐ข BARANGAY PET REGISTRATION AND ANTI RABIES VACCINATION
For the anti-rabies vaccination, this is conducted through a house-to-house vaccination campaign. For the specific schedule and location, kindly coordinate with the respective barangays, as they are responsible for identifying and organizing the areas to be covered.
๐ข BARANGAY SPAYING AND NEUTERING PROGRAM
To ensure an orderly and efficient delivery of services, pet owners are advised to follow the guidelines below:

Only Cebu City residents or residents of the host barangay are eligible to avail of the program.

Please bring the following:
โข Proof of Cebu City residency (valid ID with Cebu City address or other supporting documents)
โข Your pet on the scheduled date
โข Updated Pet Registration (Official Receipt or Certificate of Registration), if already registered
๐ Pre-Operative Instructions
To ensure the safety and well-being of your pet during surgery, please follow these instructions carefully:
๐ FASTING: No food for 4โ6 hours before surgery. Water may be given up to 2โ4 hours prior to the procedure.
๐ GOOD HEALTH: Please ensure that your pet is active and free from signs of illness such as cough, colds, vomiting, diarrhea, or weakness. Inform the veterinary team of any existing medical conditions or medications.
๐ BATHING: Bathe your pet one day before surgery. Do not bathe your pet on the day of the procedure.
๐ SECURE TRANSPORT: Dogs must be on a proper leash. Cats must be placed in a secure carrier.
๐ FEMALE PETS: Kindly inform the veterinary team if your pet is in heat or may be pregnant.
๐ WEIGHT LIMIT: Only fog weighing 15 kilograms and below will be accommodated.
๐ BREED RESTRICTION: Spay and neuter procedures for brachycephalic (short-snouted) dog breeds are discouraged due to the increased anesthetic risks associated with their airway anatomy.
